The property and business of the Canadian Canon Law Society shall be managed by a board of directors which shall be called the "Executive Board." The Executive Board shall be composed of seven regular members of the Society who shall be called officers and four shall constitute a quorum. Officers must be at least 18 years of age, with power under law to contract. Each officer must hold an academic degree in canon law and must have been a member of the Society or its predecessor organization for a period of at least three years. (By-law 1, § 13)
